We hold a bunch of open events that we welcome you to join. We encourage you to attend as many events as you would like, to help you decide if Phi Sigma Pi could be a positive addition to your college experience. Bid Process

After your formal interview, Brothers will get together to vote on each individual person. We will either vote to invite you to become an initiate or ask you to try again in the future.

Initiate Process

If you are offered a bid and accept it, then you will go through the pinning ceremony. This will put you into the initiate process. The initiate process is a 5-6 week long process where you will plan, organize, and run events with your initiate class. This process will allow you to learn more about us and experience what being a Brother would be like . You will need to attend a certain amount of meetings and events in order to better know the Brothers. You will also learn the ways in which we are run and our history. Brothers will then vote again to see if you will be a Brother for life.

Affliate Process

More info on the way soon.
